[b]I have to say that I am appalled at what Gnome did. I am grieved as well. That was uncalled for. He seemed like a decent kid too. It's really sad. And, so everyone knows I kicked Gnome off the forum as well. He is not allowed back on here. I am very sorry to those who got kicked by him. In all my time as a guild leader I have never had an officer do that to me. It breaks my heart. I hope things are on the mend. Thank you leaders and officers for hanging in there and rectifying the situation. Thank you everyone who pitched in to bring back the members. I do hope we get them back. I had hoped that things would go smoother while I was away. I am considering coming back if only for a little bit at a time. Just to check up on things and play some. I do miss all of you. Keep up the good work everyone.

Due to the fact that I started this incident with Gnome, I should be the one to explain how it came about.

After getting annoyed at Gnome's multiple spams of "MAI BOi." I decided to ask his age, with the intent to show him how childish he was acting. This quickly became an argument of the differences between generations. I tried to keep the argument as logical as possible, but, at one point gnome decided to make it a personal attack in an attempt to pwn me. I still don't know what he meant by css (custom style sheets maybe?). Anyway, other people did join in an attempt to keep it a logical argument and not just personal attacks. At one point in time a change in subject was called and a new topic of politics was introduced.

Having no animosity toward gnome from the first conversation, I tried to give him some respect for an intelligent comment he had. Gnome took his as me being sarcastic and a personal attack on him. A few minutes after I told him it was not an attempt at sarcasm the conversation of politics took a nasty turn for the worst. At some point everything did get under control.

Other then being greeted by "MAI BOi" when i logged on, I don't remember any fights between us.

An impromptu meeting was held on sunday about trying to keep the Alliance chat positive and respectful.

On monday gnome was making comments on how much the Kuzick's sucked. Wanting to know why he thought this, i asked him about it. His answers were civil, so I thought everything was back to normal. Until he decided to make announcement about how others were playing in pvp. During this time Bad was trying to talk to the alliance on a different matter. So, I asked Gnome to please take his conversation to whisper or guild chat. Infuriated by this, gnome started swearing and making comments of how i've been "on his case" all weekend. At this point Cynn, Bad, and others did their best to calm the situation.

I think if he was taking about a game's, CSS is an abbreviation of counter strike source, if he wasn't i really don't know. Also i think he start saying MAI BOi when i asked the alliance what the Zaishen Challenge was. And if i remember correctly i asked that question because gnome and someone else got into an argument about how to make money because that other someone said his way of making money was with killroy to witch gnome promptly replied with other ways of making money (one of witch was farming bathazard points from the Zaishen challenge for z-keys). And if i remmember correctly that came about when gnome was saying how he thought Killroy was a cheaters way of leveling up and i do know this because i found it ironic that as he was saying this i was doing just that, leveling up my ele(The Grif Cannon) through Killroy.

Thanks Kithrin for clearing up the begining where I missed, cause I came in where words were already flying so I left out the first part cause well i didnt know =D So thanks a bunch for filling in my empty spaces.

CSS also stands for Customer Server Section, like "u got a problem go to CSS not here" basically sayin u wanna complain go elsewhere just as an example. As for what particulary gnome meant, well hell i havent a clue.

and renegade, my sig wont show up if i use the normal means either...so i cheat.... c/p image code in here since attach sig wont work. not sure why it wont work tho cause ive used forums for years maybe it just dun like the sig thing. -shrugs-

It won't show up if the Admin doesn't want them to show up. Meaning it's in the board settings.

[b]I appreciate all of you filling in what happened while I was away. I think I need to remind everyone that I have a rule about arguing in guild/alliance chat. If you can't keep things civil then take it to PM. Is it that hard to keep a fight between the two it's aimed at? Kithrin thank you for trying to apply that rule. I know sometimes it isn't respected and some people have tempers. Sigh...which in this case I think Gnome did. I do hope now that I am back on Guild Wars that we can get FREE back in shape. Thank you my FREE peeps and alliance for working hard to get the people back.
